Step 1

Install NetBeans Ide or any other Ide which support mixed programming language to run this code.

Step 2

Fill the file path which is specified by "<>" symbol in k-mer motif, FileIo, Manager, FilterSequence, MotifExtraction, SACMotif and Score java files.
